We had a busy weekend this past week! On Saturday, we went to my cousin, Jared, and Laura's wedding! It was such a nice wedding - very elegant and beautiful. Laura looked stunning and Jared looked relaxed - isn't that the way it should be!?!? Jack did pretty good sitting through the wedding. Of course, bribing him with stickers and marshmallows works too!!
At the reception, Jack and Lily had a blast! At first Jack wasn't too sure of this 'party'. But once the music started and they could dance on the dance floor - he had a ball. He and Lily just danced, and danced, and danced. Of course, most of it was running in circles, but hey! At least they had fun.
Brian, Rachel, and Lily came to our house that night and spent the night. Jack and Lily had more fun that morning playing. Then we went to my Aunt Ginny's for a big lunch/reunion! We had lots of out-of-state family visiting and it was so much fun to see everyone! The family also surprised me, Rachel, and Sheila with a surprise baby shower! That was really great to be thought of like that. We all had a good time opening up our gifts. Our babies will be spoiled!
